Our main demographic includes elementary students between second & fifth grades. However, under extenuating circumstances, we also serve older students.

We believe that it is impossible to affect change without a proper opportunity. Regular encounters and close relationships are the catalyst of effective mentorship. The program is designed for academic enhancements, as well as, character development.

Most organizations target high school students in support of diploma acquisition and job readiness. To support the same initiatives, we work to minimize the underlying deficits in Mathematics and Reading at the elementary level, which tend to follow students through graduation.
